carrying on

Hello, I’m still here, not doing much work, resting lots.

Spending time with the new cat, and the established ones.

Some days are better than others,  getting out of bed I count as a triumph, being able to go into every room in the bungalow as one too.  I managed to get out and do some jobs in town yesterday morning, and was so tired all afternoon, and had an early night.

Depression isn’t just mood, it’s physically exhausting, fighting to do even the smallest thing.  There is an article on spoons to describe how tired you feel.  HERE

I’ve not worked it out, but some days I use more spoons than others to do the same task, and each day is different.

But I’m planning, and deciding what to make next when I feel up to it.

Colours may have something to do with the photograph above.
